What's On This Weekend?

After such a hectic couple of weeks full of FMX, MX, BMX and MTB contests, it is almost a relief that this weekend we won't be sitting in front of the internet watching countless live events. You never know, we might actually get some time to go outside and ride. But then again, I would be happy to wake up at 2am to watch Levi smash the rest of the FMX world at X-Fightersonce again!

Luckily, we still have the next AMA Motocross outdoors round to look forward, which is going down at Red Bud this Saturday. (Sunday morning Aus time).

Although Ryan Dungey and Pourcel seem to have the classes pretty well sewn up, there is still plenty of great racing going on, and loads of talented guys putting their life on the line to just podium! We are pumped to see Unit Team Motoconcepts riders Kyle Chisholm and ryan Sipes battling in the top 10 every week, and it is only a matter of time before the stars align and we see one of those guys on the podium. Unit's ostrich riding Broc Tickle is also a very strong contender week in, week out, and with a good start has the speed to win. Aussie Dan Reardon is another gun who is finally coming back to good form, after a long long time struggling with some big head injuries sustained at the opening round of the last SX series.

The last surprise, and perhaps disappointment, is current champion Chad Reed, who has been slipping in the results every week. Let's hope he can find form once again, and give Dungey some decent competition.
