Crusty Demons' Harley Davidson Backflipper and Aussie FMX legend Kain Saul is in the process of switching brand allegiences... from Yamaha to Husqvarna.
No, it's not April Fools and yes, you did read correctly! Sauly spent the weekend testing Husky's TC250 four-stroke motocrosser in preparation for the Crusty Demons Thirst 4 Destruction Tour next month, and is more than little impressed with his new rig.
"It's definitely a good thing," he says. "It took me a while to get used to the power delivery because it works best at the top of the rev range, but it handles really well."
And the good thing about switching to Husky is should he require more power from the 250cc four-stroke engine, he can install a 310cc big-bore kit that is available through the manufacturer.
"If we put the 310 kit in it, I think it could possibly be one of the best bikes out there for FMX," he told us.
Going by the photos fellow Unit rider Joe Sheppard shot of Sauly ripping out at Boonah on the weekend, Sauly is definitely more than comfortable on his new ride already.
