Unit FMX Open Riders List

Looking down the riders list for the final round of the Australian Underground FMX championship, the UNIT FMX Open, it sure does signal that freestyle motocross Down Under is looking healthy as ever. There's a few of the big names in there like Matt Schubring and Rob Adelberg, Kiwi rider Liston Borrie, and the in form championship contenders Rhys Hillier, Joel Brown, Luke McNeil, Luke Saunders to name a few, plus the return of Jason Rozycki, 30 names all up and it shows the depth in the Aussie scene and highlights the fact we really need competitions like the UNIT FMX Open where the up and coming riders can gage where they're at compared to the top FMX riders.
It would have been great to see some more of Australia's pro FMX riders get behind the event, but we're sure you'll agree the solid list of riders below will be putting it all on the line for their slice of the 15,000 dollars of prize money on offer.
Check out the list for yourselves, and we hope to see you guys rock up to the event to support these guys as they throw down their best tricks!

Riders briefing - 8:00am
Practice - Immediately after riders brief, Approx 8:30am, (groups of 5, 2x 10min practice per group rolling practice)
Qualifying - Immediately after practice, Approx 10:30am, (2x runs each, best run counts)
Saturday:
Gates open for riders at - 7:00am
Riders briefing - 8:00am
Practice to start after riders brief, no later than - 9:00am (pratice as per Friday) (gates open for crowd 9:00am)
Main events from - 11:00am
Location
The course is located on Millman Rd, approx 30km's North of Rockhampton on the Bruce Hwy. Punch CNR Bruce HWY & Millman Rd into your navman and the entrance to the compound is literally 100m from the intersection just over the railway line.
