Things have been a little quite lately on the riding side for me as i've been away in Canada over christmas, checking out the snow and trying to snowboard, its one of the sickest things i've done outside of biking!

I've been back since the new year in the gym and doing training rides and downhill days preparing for the 2010 downhill season and we have our national champs coming up this weekend in adelaide jan 15th-17th so im just getting packed up ready for that.

I will be on the road for about 2 weeks heading to the 2nd round of the nationals in Shepparton VIC after Adelaide so things are starting to get busy and im looking forward to it!

I have a few downhill skills/training days im looking at getting organised in Feb-March when i get a small break from racing, so stay tuned for more about that soon
