By now we are sure you know all about the Nitro Circus tour that is taking over Australia. Well the tour is coming up to it's final stop in Melbourne this weekend, where the crew will be smashing out 3 more shows. Unit is proud to be supporting Robbie Marshall, Jaie Toohey, Wheels and Jim De Champ throughout the tour, so be sure to watch out for those guys throwing down this weekend!
If you can't wait another day to see the show live, here is a cool clip that features all the highlights from one of the recent Adelaide shows. 'Wheels' tells us that ever since he has been wearing Unit, he has been landing his wheelchair backflips on the megaramp, so this must have been one of the jumps he forgot to wear his shirt haha. Good luck this weekend to all the riders!

Travis Baker is one of the up and coming guns on the MotoConcepts race team, and proudly supported by us here at Unit. This is his rookie season, and he has already been turning alot of heads in the industry. Racer X have a great interview with him online after his good performance at the US Open, where he raced from a bad start to a strong 6th place. Find out more about travis and check out the Racer X interview right now, HERE.

We were gonna wait a little before we told you all the great news, but Freerider beat us to the punch and released the news earlier this week. So without further a do, we are very proud to announce that soon the talented Simon Makker will be joining the Unit team as our new Communication / Athlete Manager. Smakker has been at the helm of the world's most popular FMX magazine 'Freerider MX' for the last 18 issues, in which time he has helped to riase the magazine to new heights, and we can't wait to see what enthusiasm and new ideas Simon can bring to the table here at Unit.
While on the topic, we should probably apologise to all those FRMX magazine addicts out there, who will be most upset at Makker being stolen from their beloved mag. Sorry guys haha. Check out the full story from FRMX online contributor Goba over at freeridermx.com.au. You will also be able to check out some of the amazing photos that Smakker has taken over his years at FRMX.
