Sup guys? It’s been a busy few weeks. I was up in Gold Coast, finishing off my new big jumps, Unit hooked me up at Shuie's place and we tested the first few out. They were the biggest jumps I’ve hit in my life and they felt awesome. I wasn’t sure about the speed for the 50footer because I’ve never hit a jump that size before, so I had to give it a go. I came up a few feet short and pin dropped into the back of the landing! It was a massive impact which left me with a black eye and cut above it, as well as a massive dead arm, but I was lucky not to break my legs.
I was to sore to hit again that day, so we called it to see how I felt the next day. I was way to sore so we drove home to Umina beach where I live.
Had a few days at home and it was off to France just like that, I was planning a trip with Pattric Guimez weeks before while on a trip to Germany, to come ride his contest and a few other fun events and trails here in France, so here I am chilling in the South of France, riding and surfing with Pattric Guimez, Marcus Hampil, TJ Ellis and Mike ‘Hucker’ Clarke.
We had the Lords Of Dirt contest last weekend, it was a fun set up with a curve wall ride at one end to bring you back. All the Euro riders rode so well, I just did what I could on the jumps and didn’t really push it. I knew TJ and a few others were going to destroy these jumps. It was a one run intro then a 45min jam. They were real fun so this was a good way to have the contest. I ended up getting 4th, so I was stoked. 1st went to Ben Wallace, 2nd TJ Ellis, 3rd Hucker, 4th myself and 5th Colin Mackay.

We do a show this weekend with the boys 7hrs from here, and I’m here for another 4 weeks riding a box jump contest, the ‘Rebel jam’ and ‘Vans Kill The Line’ at some sweet trails. Then back home to Australia to jump these big jumps again. Keep you posted, cheers…

lHey Richo here!
Alot has been happening lately! Colony bmx and myself have parted ways after a long time, all on good terms of course! Thanks for the help over the years! But now I've moved on to better things! I've started riding for S&M bikes and profile flow! Can't thank these blokes enough for picking me up and helping me out, be sure to check them out and support American made products!
Other news, 2 of my favourite trail spots have been dozed! F***the council! On the bright side I've been diggin with the help of some good mates and we have another secret spot pretty much up and running! So pumped! F*** riding skateparks with 5000 scooter kids! I've also moved out of Beenleigh and I'm now living down the coast! Change is good but I miss good old Beenleigh! Anyway that's it! I'll check back in with you guys soon! Holla!
