Amigos Of Dave Bike Day

Dave Montoya is a good friend of Unit and has been around the Gold Coast BMX scene for years.

Unfortunately Dave is dealing with a major illness.

In early 2008 Dave was diagnosed with a deep brain tumor- Anaplastic Oligoastrocytoma - located in the right lateral ventrical.

Since being diagnosed, Dave has undergone multiple surgeries and other treatments.

Although most of the tumor was removed, it's advanced stage means it could return and spread, unless the necessary steps are taken to stop it.

Now out of hospital, Dave is set on doing what it takes to heal. He still needs your help though as the best treatments aren't cheap.
