Jaie Toohey storms Nitro Circus Tour

Central Coast’s Unit BMX rider Jaie Toohey had the experience of a lifetime when he was invited to join Travis Pastrana’s huge Nitro Circus Live tour through Australia’s capital cities in May and June.

Toohey, who originally was called up to replace an injured Steve McCann in Sydney, blew everyone away – including the promoters, fellow riders and thousands of spectators – with his huge tricks off of the Gigant-A-Ramp set-up.

Straight after the tour’s huge finale in Melbourne, Jaie headed to Chicago for the Red Bull Stomping Ground, but crashed hard on a Superman Seatgrab that resulted in some very bad bruising on his hip.
